Development of the main project of BMS and EMD for the Primary catering facility - CONDO HOTEL 5 *
The subject of the project is BMS and EMD.
The designed szstem for monitoring and control system provides the ability to monitor, manage and regulate the following systems within the building:
– thermotechnical systems (ventilation and air conditioning systems)
– automatic in apartments
– thermal substation of the pool
– supervision of sprinkler systems and elevators
The advantages of this system are:
centralized monitoring of all systems from one place in real time, immediate detection of failures and overrun of parameters important for the operation of the facility, warnings on time for servicing equipment based on hours counters, generating a database of systems necessary for techno-economic analysis etc.
This modern solution has been designed for this type of object which offers energy efficiency and reliable system operation.
