Main project design of BMS and EMD for hotel complex „Black pine” 4* Depadances B
The subject of the project is Building Management System – BMS (centralized system of supervision and management) and EMP (electric motor drive) for Phase 1: Hotel complex Black Pine 4 stars – depadance B.
For deadance B, control and management systems have been designed to provide the possibility of supervision, management and regulation over the following systems within the facilities:
– thermotechnical systems (ventilation systems)
– thermal substation
– sprinkler system control
– system in case of fire…
Depadance B connects to a unique BMS system whose server and workstation are located in the hotel.
This modern solution has been designed for this type of facility that offers energy efficiency and reliable system operation
